Job Description:
Bilton is looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative & Office manger to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with technical inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional support. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about customer satisfaction but also possesses excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to resolve customer issues effectively.
Problem Resolution: Analyze customer problems and concerns, identify the root cause, and offer appropriate solutions. Work closely with other team members and departments like R&D and Product to ensure swift problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Use this information to analyze trends and suggest improvements in products or services.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products and services. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for customer needs and preferences.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the customer success department, operation and product, sharing knowledge and best practices. Contribute positively to the team's atmosphere and work together to achieve common goals.
Office manger & collection : Responsible for the visibility of the office, happy hours, equipment and procurement, onboarding for new employees.
Responsibility for collection from our US customers, Tracking and controlling customer payments. Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.
Qualifications:
-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Empathy and patience in dealing with customer issues and complaints.
-Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Technical skills and Previous experience and familiarity with customer support software and tools.
