Part-Time Collections & Invoicing Coordinator - US market
We’re seeking a Collection specialist for our US market to join our finance department.
Job Scope: can be either hybrid work from our ILS office/NY office at Brooklyn, or completely from home. Availability for US hours - a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer general ledger reconciliation.
2. Responsibility for collection from our US customers.
3. Tracking and controlling customer payments.
4. Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation.
5. Maintaining data control.
6. Collaborating with relevant sales managers on collections.
7. Familiarity with various customer contracts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in similar role- advance
- English level - Native language - mandatory!
- Familiarity with working on various computer systems (such as Salesforce/Netsuite etc.)- advance

- Assertiveness alongside interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
