Revenue Operations Manager
About the position
 The Global Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and scaling revenue-generating processes across the company. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure operational efficiency, data accuracy, and strategic alignment. The goal is to drive predictable revenue growth by analyzing performance, improving processes, and maximizing the use of sales technology.
The role will collaborate closely with Sales teams in Israel and the US, ensuring alignment across geographies, time zones, and business practices.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization
- Design, document, and continuously improve B2B enterprise sales processes. 
- Identify bottlenecks, shorten sales cycles, and increase conversion rates through data-driven improvements. 
- Build and enforce standardized workflows and sales playbooks across BDRs and AEs in both Israel and the US. 
 Technology & Tool Enablement
- Manage and optimize the sales stack: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, Power BI, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to support Salesforce administration and ensure customizations meet business needs. 
- Introduce creative, AI-driven initiatives to maximize productivity and forecasting accuracy. 
 Data & Insights
- Own revenue reporting, dashboards, and forecasting in alignment with Finance. 
- Provide data-driven insights into pipeline health, customer behavior, and market trends. 
- Define and track KPIs that measure sales effectiveness and revenue performance. 
 Cross-Functional & Cross-Regional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing to ensure lead quality and alignment on demand generation. 
- Work with Customer Success to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and reduce churn. 
- Serve as a bridge between CRO, Sales teams in Israel and the US, and operational functions to ensure strategy translates into execution. 
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or equivalent role (SaaS preferred).
- Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce required).
- Proven ability to optimize sales funnels and implement scalable processes.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and forecasts.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring new initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions, to life.
- Project management skills and experience working cross-functionally across global teams (Israel and US a strong advantage).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous experience as Salesforce admin
- Power BI
