We are looking for an experienced VP RD  to join our growing team!|
The VP R&D is responsible for leading and mentoring the R&D team, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company goals. The role involves overseeing and improving work processes, managing tasks to enhance efficiency and quality, and driving innovation. The VP R&D is also accountable for developing and executing strategic plans, fostering collaboration with other departments, and ensuring the R&D efforts align with the company’s overall objectives and Business goals


Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: 

• Lead and inspire cross-functional 3 R&D teams across Israel and Ukraine.
• Manage the QA team and DevOps team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team members.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration between the Israel and Ukraine teams.
• Lead the R&D team’s expansion plan and long-term strategy

Technology Strategy: 

• Define and execute the technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and architecture.
• Establish solid, high-quality development processes and methodologies
• AI- Operational Efficiency

Product Collaboration: 

• Work closely with the product team to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate on product roadmaps, ensuring R&D efforts contribute to the company's overall success.
• Establish effective communication channels between R&D and product teams.
• Setting schedules and prioritizing tasks according to changing needs

Project Management: 

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects on time and within budget.
• Implement agile methodologies and other project management best practices.
• Work closely with CS and support teams to define the proper structure.
• Formulate solutions, guide technical orientation, and regulate quality control standards.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of management experience
• Experience in building and managing diverse teams that include hybrid and remote work- Must have
• Proven experience in recruiting development staff
• Experience from B2B SAAS companies - must
• Proven experience with React and Nodejs
• Significant experience in multiple interface work including support departments, CS. IT
• Experience working closely with product department
• Ability and experience in building and improving work processes
• Good understanding of infrastructure
